Grill or pan-fry the sausages and chicken breasts until cooked through. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter with the oil.
Sauté the shallots, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes for 4 minutes over medium heat. Season with pepper to taste.

Deglaze with the white wine and let reduce for 3 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and rosemary sprigs.
Let reduce by half for 5 to 7 minutes.

Cut the grilled chicken and sausages into cubes. Set aside.
Stir in the table cream and let reduce for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and sausage cubes.
Mix with a wooden spoon and let reduce for 4 to 5 minutes.
Coat the penne with the sauce and top with parmesan shavings to taste.
