Ingredients
Preparation
Make incisions in the pig’s feet and insert pieces of garlic. Cover with water and simmer until the meat is cooked.
In the meantime, shape the ground pork into balls with salt, pepper, and spices. Coat the balls with grilled flour.
When the pig’s feet are cooked, remove the skin and pull the meat apart into pieces. Put the meat back into the cooking broth with the prepared balls.
Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
Thicken the sauce during cooking by adding grilled flour diluted in water. Season by repeating the spices used for the balls.
