1. Using a blender, reduce the strawberries to a fine puree. Set aside.
2. Using an electric whisk, whip the cream into whipped cream while gradually adding the sugar.
3. Reserve in the refrigerator. Now whip the egg whites until stiff.
4. Gently mix the strawberry puree with the whipped cream. Incorporate the egg whites into this mixture and divide the mousse into 4 cups.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour, decorate and serve.
