In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture has doubled in volume.
Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt, which have been sifted beforehand. Mix well.
Incorporate the anise-flavored liqueur and melted butter, and mix well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
The dough can be used immediately.
One teaspoon of dough is enough per print, in the pizzelle iron.
