Polenta is a traditional Italian dish, savory and consistent, made with corn semolina. Easy to make, it offers a creamy texture, perfect as a side dish or as a main course. Once cooked, it can be cooled, cut into slices, and sautéed to give it a beautiful golden crust. Served hot, with butter and Parmesan, it’s a delight for the taste buds.
