1- In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onions and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes.
2- Add the pork fillets and cook for a few minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken broth and cover. Cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.
3- Add the cream, mustard, and rosemary. Mix the sauce. Add the lentils and cook for 10 minutes.
5- Remove the fillets from the sauce. On a cutting board, cut the fillets into thick slices.
6- Serve the slices of fillet covered with the creamy mustard sauce and lentils.
