Transfer to a baking dish and add the marinated peppers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.6. Once out of the oven, let it rest for 2 minutes.7. Slice the pork fillet into 4 pieces and serve with creamy polenta and marinated peppers.
