1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

6. Pour in the cornmeal, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring. Incorporate the parmesan, butter, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
7. Remove the fillet from the oven. Cut it into 8 equal medallions. Serve with the creamy polenta and anise sauce.
