1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a pan, melt the butter. Place the whole pork tenderloin and brown all sides for 2 minutes.
3. Remove the meat and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Place the apple quarters in the same pan and let brown for 2 minutes. Pour a little water to release the juices in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the apples with sugar and let caramelize for 2 minutes
5. Add the blueberries to the pan. Reduce heat to low. Pour the remaining sugar and red wine. Let reduce by half and cover the pan
6. Slice the pork tenderloin into thick slices. Serve the pork with the apples and blueberry sauce.
