Preparation

Marinade:
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Place the pork tenderloins in a large ziplock bag, then pour the marinade over them.
Marinate the pork tenderloins for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove the pork tenderloins from the marinade and reserve the marinade.
Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).

In a skillet, sear the pork tenderloins over high heat for a few minutes on all sides.
Place them in a baking dish.
Brush the pork tenderloins with additional honey and sprinkle with cashew nuts on all sides.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, deglaze the skillet used to sear the pork tenderloins with the reserved marinade.
Add the chicken broth and let reduce for about 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch and let thicken, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Serve the pink pork tenderloins, topped with the smoking sauce.
