Preparation

1. Pour the warm water into the robot bowl and dissolve the yeast by mixing. Add the flour little by little. Pour in the milk. Add the eggs one by one. Add the sugar and salt. The dough should be smooth and homogeneous.

2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

3. Heat the deep fryer.

4. Pour the dough slowly, it will float to the surface and form a disk.

5. Fry for 50 seconds and turn the dough over. Cook all the dough in the same way.

6. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with sugar.
