1. In a large saucepan, melt 30g of butter. Sauté the onion until translucent.
2. Add the pumpkin and cover for 5 minutes.
3. Add the broth. Season. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, melt 20g of butter and sauté the small cubes of gingerbread in a pan. Reserve.
5. Add the cream and dress the soup plates.
6. Place the small cubes in the center of each plate and serve.
