1. Sweat the onions in oil.
Add the lamb leg pieces to brown them. Set aside.
2. Add garlic and ginger.
Add spices and cook for 5 minutes. Add the previous onions. Mix.
3. Pour in the tomato puree and 150ml of water. Simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
4. Finally, add the tomatoes. Then simmer again for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
