2. With an electric mixer, whip the egg white with the sugar. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, whip the remaining cream until it forms whipped cream. Add the egg yolks to the chocolate.
4. With a spatula, incorporate the whipped egg white. Then incorporate the whipped cream.
5. Divide the mousse into the spoons. Garnish with a raspberry and pour the liqueur.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
