1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, prepare the marinade: mix lemon juice and zest; add pesto and olive oil; mix well.
4. Put the ribs in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Remove from fridge and bake for 1 hour. Baste occasionally.
6. Remove from oven.
7. Cut the ribs into separate bones. Serve with spaghetti.
