1. Pour the oil into a heated pan and cook the eggs into a thin crepe. Reserve.

2. When the eggs are cooled, slice and reserve.

3. In a wok, pour the remaining oil and add the chicken and carrot.

4. Let it brown and add the sambal oelek, soy sauce, rice, and onions. Let it fry for 5 minutes.

5. Add the garlic, chopped omelette, and mix.

6. Serve immediately.
