Preheat the barbecue to medium temperature.
Rub the chicken skin with chicken seasoning.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour half of the can of beer into a glass.
Place the garlic cloves and a few sprigs of rosemary into the can of beer.
Place the can on a stainless steel base. Insert the can into the chicken and place the chicken in the barbecue, the can opening facing up.
Close the barbecue lid. Cook the chicken for 36 to 40 minutes per kilogram. Cook until the breast meat reaches an internal temperature of 170C.
You can replace the beer with white wine or citrus juice.
