1- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
2- Cut each fig into four. Set aside.
3- In a hot pan, melt the butter and brown the fig pieces for just one minute so they don’t crush.
4- Cut the prosciutto slices lengthwise and place them flat on a cutting board.
5- On each prosciutto half, place a roasted fig piece and roll up.
6- Hold in place with a toothpick.
7- Bake in a buttered dish for 6 minutes.
8- Serve immediately.
