1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C/350 °F.

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the honey, mix, and remove from heat.
 
3. Cut the pears in half. Remove the core and seeds. Cut a small notch on the skin side, so the pears can stand on a plate.
 
4. In a baking dish, place the pear halves skin side down. Brush the flesh side with the butter and honey mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
 
5. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Mix it in a bowl with the cream, hazelnuts, and chopped chives.
 
6. Fill each pear half with the cheese mixture. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
