1. Cut the bagel into 3 equal slices in thickness.

5. Spread each bagel slice with the cheese mixture.
6. Spread the middle slice on both sides so that everything holds together well.
7. Place the slices of smoked salmon, 2 per level.
8. When the bagel is reassembled, hold it together with the help of sticks for the 6 portions.
9. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before cutting so that the bagel does not crush.
10. Cut into six parts with a bread knife and serve as an appetizer.
