Place the foil packets in the steamer for 10 minutes.6. Stop the cooking; open each packet carefully and pour in the wine (2 tbsp per packet). Continue steaming for 15 minutes.7. Place the packets on serving plates and let the guests open them themselves to enjoy the aromas of the dish.
