1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the green peas for 5 minutes.
2. Drain and immediately plunge into a bowl of ice water to cool quickly and preserve their color. Drain and set aside.
3. In a food processor, puree the dill and pine nuts. Add the grated parmesan and 1 tbsp of oil. Set aside.
4. Cut the salmon into small pieces; transfer to a bowl and drizzle with sugar and rice vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 30 minutes. Drain the salmon pieces and transfer to a large bowl.
5. Add the pasta, dill paste, and green peas, and mix gently.
6. Serve immediately.
