Remove the sardine fillets. Wash and dry them on paper towels. Peel and crush garlic cloves. Mix with olive oil (50 ml for 3 cloves of garlic). Brush the fillets with this mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. For cooking, place in an oven-safe dish and grill. Flip halfway through. Serve, drizzled with lemon juice.
