Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Drain the snails.

4. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the flour, 1 tsp of salt, the sugar, 75 ml of water, the eggs, and the yeast, until the dough comes off the sides.
5. Add the snails and mix.
6. Butter a Kugelhopf mold, pour in the dough, cover and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
7. Bake the Kugelhopf for 30 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, unmold immediately and let cool before serving.
