1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the milk and cream, and mix. Set aside.

3. In a hot pan, heat the seafood for 2 minutes. Add the lemon zest and coriander seeds; mix. Remove from heat and set aside.

4. Line the puff pastry in a buttered and floured tart mold. Use a fork to poke the bottom of the pastry.

5. Bake for 6 minutes to blanch the pastry (pre-cooking). If the pastry has puffed, press it down with your fork.

6. Spread the seafood mixture in the tart mold.

7. Pour the egg mixture almost to the edge of the pastry. Sprinkle with parmesan.

8. Bake for 20 minutes.

9. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
