In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, mustard, oil, and garlic.
Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.

Grill the hot dog buns and fill with the shrimp mixture.
Serve with sweet potato fries.

Sweet Potato Fries
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4″ (0.5 cm) sticks
Frying oil
3/4 cup (90 g) potato starch
Salt

Soak the sweet potatoes in water for at least 5 minutes.
Drain well without drying completely.
Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with potato starch.
Mix.

Fry the sweet potatoes in batches and in small quantities, 4-5 minutes or until the fries are lightly golden and crispy.
Remove from the fryer and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
