1. In a bowl, mix the honey, pepper, and salt. Add the prawns (peeled and deveined) and stir to coat with the preparation. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Remove the prawns from the container and discard the remaining marinade.
2. Thread the prawns onto the skewers, 3 per skewer.
3. Cook on the barbecue using direct heat, for 2 to 4 minutes, with the lid closed, turning once.
4. Arrange the skewers on a serving plate and sprinkle with coriander.
