Preparation

1. Cut the chicken thighs into small cubes.

2. In a bowl, pour in the oil, add the spices and mix.

3. Coat the chicken pieces with the flavored oil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

5. Slice the French shallots into rounds.

6. In a hot pan, melt the butter. Brown the shallots for a few minutes until they are translucent.

7. Pour in the red wine vinegar to deglaze, reduce the heat to a minimum and let it simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.

8. Thread the chicken pieces and shallots onto the wooden skewers.

9. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

10. Serve warm.
