1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

2. With an electric mixer, whisk the sugar and butter until the mixture is foamy.

3. Add the eggs one by one and mix after each addition.

4. Add the flour and baking powder, mix.

5. Add the apple pieces and raclette cheese cubes. Mix gently.

6. Butter and flour 6 small cake molds. Pour in the cake batter.

7. Bake for 20 minutes.

8. Pierce the center with a knife point. If the knife comes out clean, remove the small cakes.

9. Place the small cakes on a rack and let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding. Serve warm or cold.
