Hazelnut spread:
Grind the hazelnuts. Mix all the ingredients for the spread, then pour the mixture into a container placed in a bain-marie.
Let cook until the butter has melted.
Then blend the mixture with an immersion blender, and let it cool.
For the flans:
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F).
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla seeds, then add the chocolate hazelnut spread. Gradually add the milk.
Distribute the flan mixture into ramekins and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy.
