Cut the widest base of the eggs, so they can stand upright on a plate. Reserve the cut part.
Cut the tomatoes into 3 parts, leaving a 1 cm slice between the two caps. Reserve the slices for later use.
Empty the tomato caps and place them on the hard-boiled eggs.
Using a pastry bag tip, cut out circles from the reserved egg whites and decorate the mushroom caps with them.
