1. Preheat the oven to 350⁰F.

2. Place the tartlet bases on a sheet and bake for 4 minutes to cook them white. Remove them from the oven and set aside.

3. In a saucepan, cook the fruit with the cardamom and sugar over low heat and covered, 5 minutes.

4. Fill the cooked tartlet bases with the compote and bake for 10 minutes.

5. Remove from the oven, let cool on a rack and serve.
