Preheat the oven to 410 F (210 C).
Prepare two 9-mold silicone madeleine molds by greasing them generously (even if they are silicone).

In the stand mixer bowl, using the whisk attachment, mix the eggs, melted butter, and cream cheese until smooth.
Add the flour and baking powder, which have been sifted together beforehand.
Dilute the mixture with milk, then add the cumin seeds, coriander, and chopped smoked salmon. Mix well.
Fill the madeleine mold cavities with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes in the molds before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
Serve as an appetizer or for lunch with a salad.
