Preparation
1. In a hot pan, pour the olive oil. Taking care not to burn the oil, add the green pepper and crush it a bit with a fork. Add the pink berries and black pepper to the mill. Let the oil heat up with the peppers, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat, let cool.
3. Divide the goat cheese into 2 individual portions. You can mold them in a silicone cupcake, easy to unmold, or in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden the cheese.
4. Share the peppers in oil for the 2 portions. Fill the bottoms and place the cold cheeses on top, pressing a bit.
5. Put back in the refrigerator for the night.
