Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 425 F (220 C).
Drain the potatoes, put them in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.

On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper (or a silpat) and brush it with butter.

Form small heaps with the puree and bake for about 30 minutes.
Monitor the cooking and as soon as the pastry is golden on top, turn off the oven and remove the sheet.
Flip the cakes to reveal their golden underside.
Serve immediately.
