Brown the meat in butter.
Add all the ingredients and cook uncovered for 1 hour.
When the sauce is ready, remove it from the heat. Sterilize the jars in the oven at 250 F for 1/2 hour.
Remove the jars from the oven, add the sauce. Put the lids on, but do not screw them on too tight. Put them back in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove the jars from the oven, avoid contact between the jars. Close them hermetically and wait for them to make a “pop” sound before storing them in the pantry.
