1. In a pot of boiling water with coarse salt, cook the spaghetti while stirring regularly for 10 minutes so that they are Al Dente!

2. Drain the pasta and pour a good amount of olive oil to prevent them from sticking together and keep them warm.

3. In a saucepan, pour the lobster bisque, mead, and cream, mix and heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 2 minutes.

4. Add the pasta and mix everything.

5. Serve immediately and add some fresh coriander.
