1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

2. Roll out a sheet of phyllo pastry on the work surface. Brush the entire surface with melted butter. Superimpose a second sheet. Brush with butter again.

3. Place a portion equivalent to 80g of spinach in the center, fold the edges and fold in three. Perform the same operation for the rest of the ingredients.

4. Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
