Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).
Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the strawberries and coat well, which will prevent the pieces from sinking to the bottom of the muffins.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, cream, melted butter, and vanilla.
Add the preparation to the previous mixture and mix with a fork just enough to make the flour disappear.
Divide the preparation into the muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes in the oven before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
