In a bowl, whisk the eggs and egg yolks. Add the vanilla, sugar, and milk, whisking. Add the sifted flour and mix.
Preheat the oven to 350℉F.
Butter a tart mold. Roll out the pastry dough in the mold. Pour the mixture over the pastry dough. Add the strawberries.
Bake for about 40 minutes. The clafoutis is cooked when the tip of a knife inserted into its center comes out clean.
Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes before serving.
