Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
2. Place the puff pastry on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom and spread the jam with a spatula, refrigerate.
3. Mix together with a fork in a bowl the almonds, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Now mix the liquids together and add them to the previous mixture.
4. Pour everything over the puff pastry, sprinkle with sliced almonds and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Let cool on a wire rack.
