1. Remove the stems from the strawberries, then cut them in half and place them in a large saucepan.

2. Add the sugar and lemon juice. Mix and cover.

3. Let it cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, then let it cool.

4. Add the agar-agar, stirring well, bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.

5. Fill the jars, previously boiled to sterilize them.

Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 months.
