In a blender, place the strawberries and 2/3 of vanilla sugar and reduce to a puree.
Pour in the vodka and transfer to an ice cube tray. Let the mixture set in the freezer for 1/2 hour and place the sticks.
Put back in the freezer for the night.
When serving, gently dip each popsicle into the remaining vanilla sugar and enjoy!
