Wash the clams in cold water, then put them in a saucepan, over high heat.
Cover and cook for about 2 minutes or until they open.
In a bowl, mix the butter with a fork with the parsley, garlic, pepper, and Cayenne pepper until smooth.
Place grilled baguette slices in each plate.
Using a knife, spread each clam with snail butter
Place the prepared clams on top of the baguette slices.
Put in the oven at 350 F (180 C) for 5 minutes, then enjoy with your fingers!
