1. Scrub the carrots, rinse and scrape the radishes, cut the celery stalks into large pieces, rinse and cut the cauliflower into small florets, rinse and dry the tomatoes. Place all the vegetables on a large plate.
2. Peel the garlic cloves. In a blender bowl, mix the garlic, basil leaves, parmesan, and 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz) of olive oil. When the mixture is well combined, add the remaining oil and cream cheese. Mix well.
3. Transfer the dip into small individual bowls and serve with the vegetables.
