Tatin Apple-Camembert
The Tatin apple-camembert is the perfect combination of the sweetness of apples and the character of camembert. This tart is served warm, where the crispy puff pastry meets caramelized and tender apples. Ideal for a meal with friends or an autumn evening, it invites a moment of conviviality with a good glass of wine.
