Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Peel the apples, cut in half and core.
3. Spread 50 g of butter and 50 g of sugar in a hollow baking dish. Arrange the apples in a rosette, pressing them together. Sprinkle with butter and the remaining sugar. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.
4. For the crumble, mix 120 g of butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to obtain a sandy texture.
5. Remove the apples from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
6. Crumble the mixture and press lightly. Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and serve warm with ice cream.
