1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Place the dried mushrooms in a saucepan. Pour in cold water to cover them, cover and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool off the heat.
4. In a food processor, chop the onion and garlic. Add the tofu and chop again.
5. Add the parsley and spices. Season. Add the drained mushrooms and cheese.
6. Form balls using a spoon. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
