1- Preheat the oven to 190 C (375 F).
2- In a saucepan (that can go in the oven), heat
3- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and cream. Add salt and pepper. Add the chipolata mixture. Let the eggs set a bit, over medium heat, and push them towards the center, like an omelette, as the eggs set.
4- Add the tomatoes and chopped parsley.
5- Bake for 15 minutes.
6- After 10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the top of the frittata with grated cheese. Return to the oven.
7- Serve in the same saucepan.
