Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Butter and flour an 8 and 1/2 x 4 and 1/2 inch (21 cm x 11.5 cm) cake mold. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder, then add eggs one by one, then melted butter, mustard, and milk.
Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add Gruyère, then add crumbled tuna.
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and bake for 45 minutes.
